Tony Putman
Owner
Tony is the founder and owner of Putman Builders. During his career as a carpenter and a home builder, Tony has not only built many homes here in Illinois, but has also built beautiful lake homes in the state of Michigan.
Tony is a Michigan licensed home builder and an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker.
In his free time, Tony likes to power paraglide and work on personal projects. He also enjoys studying current trends in home building and interior design.
Shelly DeLarme
Project Manager
Shelly is the Construction Manager for Putman Builders, and she works diligently to ensure every home is built to exceed our high quality standards. Shelly handles on-site construction management and schedule coordination with trades.
When Shelly isn’t out and about on job sites, she enjoys baking and spending time with her daughter and granddaughter.
Sue Devito
Designer
Sue joined the Putman Builders team as the in-house designer in 2019. Sue has many years of experience in home design, and she enjoys making selections for our model and spec homes. Sue will guide you through the exciting journey of making design selections that bring your dreams to life.
Sue enjoys her time off poolside, traveling, or exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
Erika Berg
Marketer
Erika joined the Putman Builders team after graduating from Grand Valley State University in 2022. Erika studied and graduated with honors in marketing.
Erika has a very creative mindset, and she enjoys applying those skills into digital marketing and design.
In her free time, Erika loves to bake, experiment with making specialty coffee, and spend time with friends and family.
